How long do BC Forged wheels take to build?

Every BC Forged set is made to order—there is no shelf stock. Once your final specification is approved and the order is placed, most builds ship in approximately 4–6 weeks. Some finishes may ship sooner, and we will confirm the expected timeline for your build.

What information is needed to order custom wheels?

The more we know about your vehicle and goals, the more precisely we can engineer the fitment. Helpful details include the year, make and model; suspension and ride height; factory or aftermarket brakes; desired diameter, width, offset and stance; and your finish preferences. Add those details while configuring a wheel or use our BC Forged bespoke wheel program if you would like help choosing the complete specification.

Can BC Forged wheels be built around big brake kits?

Yes. Because each set is made to order, caliper and rotor clearance can be engineered into the wheel specification. Tell us which big brake kit is installed—or which one you plan to install—and we will confirm the appropriate spoke profile, diameter and offset.

What is the difference between monoblock and modular forged wheels?

Monoblock wheels are forged and CNC-machined from one piece of 6061-T6 aluminum for low weight and high rigidity. Modular wheels join a forged center to a separate lip and barrel, allowing deeper lips, contrasting finishes, exposed or hidden hardware and additional fitment flexibility.

Is shipping included in the displayed price?

Yes. Shipping within the contiguous United States is included in the configured set price. Because that shipping cost is already built into the total, BC Forged wheel orders are not eligible for additional free-shipping promotions.

Can a custom BC Forged order be returned or canceled?

BC Forged wheels are manufactured specifically for your vehicle and approved specification. Once the final build is approved and production begins, the order is non-refundable and cannot be returned. Alliance Racing reviews the submitted fitment details before production so any questions can be resolved before the build is locked in.

Can Alliance Racing help choose width, offset and finish?
