Who is BC Forged?
BC Forged is a premier manufacturer of custom forged wheels, handcrafting lightweight, high-strength wheels to order from their facility in Taiwan. There's no shelf stock — every set is made to your exact specification, which is precisely why they're the perfect partner for a bespoke fitment program.
Forged, not cast
Each wheel is pressure-forged from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum, then CNC-machined to spec — dramatically stronger and lighter than cast or flow-formed wheels.
Monoblock & Modular
One-piece monoblock or multi-piece modular (step & flat lip) construction — concave faces, deep lips, and aggressive fitments most brands can't touch.

How long do BC Forged wheels take to build?
Every BC Forged set is made to order — there's no shelf stock. Once your spec is finalized and your deposit is placed, most builds ship in about 4–6 weeks; some finishes ship sooner. Your fitment specialist confirms the timeline when your build is locked in.
What information is needed for a custom wheel quote?
The more we know about your car and goals, the tighter the spec. Helpful details: year, make and model; your suspension setup (coilovers, ride height); your brake setup, including any big brake kit; target fitment (diameter, width, offset and stance); and your finish preferences. Submit the configurator above and our team fills in the rest.
Can BC Forged wheels be built around big brake kits?
Yes. Because the wheels are made to order, we engineer caliper and rotor clearance into the spec. Tell us your big brake kit — or the one you're planning — and we'll confirm the spoke profile, diameter and offset clear it.
What is the difference between monoblock and modular forged wheels?
Monoblock wheels are forged and CNC-machined from a single billet — one piece, light and rigid. Modular (multi-piece) wheels join a forged center to a separate barrel and lip, which unlocks wider widths, deeper lips and more aggressive fitments, plus the ability to refinish individual pieces. We'll recommend the right construction for your fitment and budget.
Is the deposit refundable?
Because every set is custom-built to your exact specification, the 50% deposit that places your order is non-refundable. The remaining balance is charged right before your wheels ship. If you have questions before placing a deposit, reach out to our team at sales@allianceracing.com.
