This system is constructed of 1-7/8 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. This coating combination reduces the outside surface temperature of headers and reduces engine compartment temperatures by as much as 46% vs. non-coated headers. Factory style laser cut machined flanges are used used for a secure leak-free seal. 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity. The result is increased power and improved throttle response. Utilizing factory flanges this system is designed to fit in the stock locations with no cutting or modifications required for a hassle-free installation. These headers retain your stock catalytic converters and factory O2 sensor locations for a direct bolt-on installation that requires no cutting or modifications. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, this false is designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment. 100% MIG-Welded for race-proven strength and durability.
