Will installing this electric frunk kit void my Tesla warranty?

No, it will not. This is a plug-and-play system that requires no cutting of factory wiring or permanent structural modifications to your vehicle. In the United States, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to use aftermarket parts unless the dealer can prove that specific part caused a particular failure. However, we always recommend checking your local regulations.

What happens if my 12V/16V battery dies? Can I still open the frunk?

Yes, you can. The kit includes an emergency mechanical pull cable (located inside the tow hook cover, similar to factory setup) that allows you to manually open the frunk to access the battery for jump-starting.

Does the package include detailed installation instructions?

Yes, you can reference our installation demonstration video, as well as the printed installation manual included in the product package. Both provide comprehensive step-by-step guidance.

Is this product compatible with other Tesla models (Model 3/S/X)?

Returns are eligible for up to 14 days from delivery of items. Accepted refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if opened. Customer may be responsible for return shipping. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any return request, based on provided information.

Alliance Racing is not responsible for ensuring part fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the parts being ordered are the correct fitment for the vehicle intended. Alliance Racing will not accept any returns for incorrect fitment after product is opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
