Q1 - Is it easily falls off?
A1 - No. Stays on very well.

Q2 - Does it install easily to the back seat?
A2 - Yes, it just clips right in between the cushion and the seat backing. Install in a few seconds.

Q3 - Does this fit legacy S/X vehicles?
A3 - This doesn't fit any S/X models. 

Q4 - Can I adjust its direction freely?
A4 - Yes you can, it has a swivel ball that adjust its angle. We have used the stand with an iPad air 2 with a light weight case that keeps its angle while the car is in motion.

Q5 - Does it fit back seat headrest for rear facing children?
A5 - Yes, this Tesla phone mount works well for my model 3 seats.

Q6 - Will this fit/work if I have after market car seat covers?
A6 - It's connects to the back of the seat. If you have seat covers, there will not be a place to attach it too.

Returns are eligible for up to 14 days from delivery of items. Accepted refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if opened. Customer may be responsible for return shipping. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any return request, based on provided information.

Alliance Racing is not responsible for ensuring part fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the parts being ordered are the correct fitment for the vehicle intended. Alliance Racing will not accept any returns for incorrect fitment after product is opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
