Overview
The ICON 2.5” suspension system is a great way to level your 4WD 2005-2016 Ford F250/350 Super Duty while improving ride quality and performance. This Stage 2 system is great for towing, rough construction site terrains, and country dirt roads all while keeping a smooth highway feel. ICON's Stage 2 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, alignment cams for adding caster, and ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks up front and 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks in the rear. ICON 2.5" reservoir shocks up front ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. With the endless hours ICON has spent testing and tuning our suspension components and shocks as a complete package, you can rest assured you have the best suspension solution on the market.
TECH NOTE: 2005-2016 F-250s require 4” rear blocks with 15” U-bolt kit to sit level with 2.5” lifted front. ICON block kit part # 194275 and U-bolt kit part # 37003 (2005-2010 models) or part # 67003 (2011-2016 models) are recommended.
OEM Wheels & Tires Fitment: Not compatible with all available OE wheel/tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace recommended.
APPLICATION NOTE #30: AN ADJUSTABLE TRACK BAR MAY BE NEEDED TO REALIGN THE AXLE FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, OR TO ADD ADDITIONAL STRENGTH
Recommended Aftermarket Tires: 35" x 12.50" (Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.)
TECH NOTE: ICON track bar bracket part # 64039 is also recommended to correct bump steer geometry on 2008-2016 models
