Overview
The ICON coilover conversion suspension system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2017-2023 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while improving ride quality and performance. This upgraded Stage 3 system is great for towing, rough construction site terrains, and country dirt roads all while keeping a smooth highway feel. ICON's Stage 3 System is comprised of 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers that are adjustable from 2.5-3” or 3.25-3.75 of front lift over stock (depending on year model and option package), adjustable front track bar with massive FK rod end, alignment cams for adding caster, rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts for a more compliant ride and reduced axle wrap, nd ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks. ICON 2.5 Series remote and piggyback reservoirs ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. With the endless hours ICON has spent testing and tuning our suspension components and shocks as a complete package, you can rest assured you have the best suspension solution on the market.
TECH NOTE: Due to tight clearances and varying placement of vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing/damage to wire harness. If adequate clearance cannot be achieved, please contact ICON Customer Service.
TECH NOTE: Brake line kit (Part # 61111) is optional for end users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or are looking for a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install)
TECH NOTE: Replaces OE rear blocks for .5" of rear lift over stock on F-250. Lowers F-350 rear ride height by .5" compared to stock.
Recommended Aftermarket Tires: 35" x 12.50" (37" x 12.50" tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.)
TECH NOTE: 2020-2022 Super Duty models equipped with Tremor package will have front lift height range of 2.25-2.75" over stock
TECH NOTE: 2023 Super Duty diesel models equipped with Tremor package will have front lift height range of 1.5-2" over stock
