ICON 2017+ Ford F-250/F-350 SD 4WD 2.5-3in 2.5 Series Shocks VS RR CDEV Bolt-In Conversion Kit - 61720E

ICON's 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit will add a new level of performance and adjustability to 2017-2023 F-250 and F-350 trucks. The advantage of utilizing a coilover conversion kit is that they have been designed to increase the overall damping ability of the vehicle while at the same time allowing for user-defined ride height adjustment. The 2.5" Remote Reservoir Coilover featured in these kits is based off of ICON’s 2.5 VS Series shock line - meaning that features like ICON engineered coil springs, FK Rod End bearings, and vehicle-specific valving come standard. Quality machined components and a fully serviceable design make for a product that will stand the test of time, yet retain the ability to be rebuilt or re-tuned as necessary. The ICON CDE Valve upgrade is included for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride electronically from inside the vehicle.

APPLICATION NOTE #464: Due to tight clearances and varying placement of vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing/damage to wire harness. If adequate clearance cannot be achieved, please contact ICON Customer Service.

APPLICATION NOTE #465: Included caster cams are not compatible with models with manual locking front hub on driver side ONLY. Models without front passenger side locking hub must omit cams and instead require aftermarket radius arms or 4-link conversion for proper wheel alignment, or an upgrade to passenger side manual locking hub for compatibility with caster cams.

APPLICATION NOTE #461: 2005-2016 F-250s require 4” rear blocks with 15” U-bolt kit to sit level with 2.5” lifted front. ICON block kit part # 194275 and U-bolt kit part # 37003 (2005-2010 models) or part # 67003 (2011-2016 models) are recommended.

APPLICATION NOTE #462: Brake line kit (Part # 61111) is optional for end users with 2017-2026 models who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or are looking for a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install)

APPLICATION NOTE #463: If installing with ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit part number 611003 is also required
