Overview
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Electronic Shock Simulator Kit allows for the installation of ICON or other aftermarket coilovers and shocks on 2021-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and 2019-2026 GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with Adaptive Ride Control suspension to provide an increase in ride height and improved suspension performance. These electronic shock simulators send the return signal to the vehicles computer, making it think the OE shocks are still installed, and allow full systems functionality without error codes or warning lights on the dash. This kit is complete with a set of (4) shock simulators, enough for one complete vehicle, and easily installs into the vehicle’s OE shock wiring harnesses in a simple, plug and play manner.
APPLICATION NOTE #336: Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 submodels equipped with Adaptive Ride Control also require concurrent installation of aftermarket front and rear shocks
APPLICATION NOTE #337: Only fits Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 submodels equipped with Adaptive Ride Control suspension
APPLICATION NOTE #339: Ride Height Simulator Kit part number 71022 is also required for a typical installation
