The MK3 Ford Focus RS is a great platform for soaking up highway miles during the weekday and tearing it up at the track on the weekend! With some minor modifications, the 2.3L Turbo engine can produce some outstanding power. In stock form, the stock tube-and-fin intercooler is barely sufficient at cooling the incoming charged air. When you start adding power using a tune and/or bolt-on parts, you'll soon find that you're well beyond the limits of the stock charge air system which is notoriously prone to heat soak. Thankfully Injen Technology has developed a highly efficient bar-and-plate intercooler engineered specifically to fit the Ford Focus RS MK3 platform. Returns are eligible for up to 14 days from delivery of items. Accepted refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if opened. Customer may be responsible for return shipping. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any return request, based on provided information.

Alliance Racing is not responsible for ensuring part fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the parts being ordered are the correct fitment for the vehicle intended. Alliance Racing will not accept any returns for incorrect fitment after product is opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In many cases, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
