Installation Guide

Prep: Install in temps between 15-30°C (59-86°F) for optimal adhesive performance.

Clean the Surface: Wipe the taillight area thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure it is completely dry and free of wax.
Test Fit (Crucial): Position the applique without removing the adhesive backing to ensure proper alignment.
Heat Activation: Use a hair dryer to gently heat the 3M tape for 30 seconds (do not exceed 40°C/104°F).
Apply & Press: Remove the backing, position carefully, and press firmly for 60 seconds across the entire surface.
Cure Time: Allow 48-72 hours for the adhesive to fully bond before washing the car or driving at highway speeds.

Care & Maintenance

Keep your carbon fiber looking pristine for years to come.

Clean with pH-neutral car soap and a soft microfiber cloth.
Apply a Ceramic Coating every 6 months for maximum UV defense.
Safe for automated car washes (only after the 7-day initial cure period).
Avoid pointing high-pressure washers directly at the applique edges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this damage my original paint or factory letters?

No. We use automotive-grade 3M VHB tape that holds securely against weather and high speeds, but can be safely removed later with gentle heat and fishing line. It leaves your original paint and factory lettering completely intact and undamaged.

Can I take my car to an automatic car wash?

Yes! Once installed properly, the applique is fully car wash safe. However, we strongly recommend waiting at least 72 hours after installation for the adhesive to fully cure before visiting a high-pressure automatic car wash.

Does it interfere with the Juniper's new rear light bar?

Absolutely not. This applique is 3D-scanned and precision-cut specifically for the 2025+ Juniper. It is designed to sit perfectly flush over the lower mesh area beneath the taillight housing, without obstructing any illumination or sensors.

Returns are eligible for up to 14 days from delivery of items. Accepted refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if opened. Customer may be responsible for return shipping. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any return request, based on provided information.

Alliance Racing is not responsible for ensuring part fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the parts being ordered are the correct fitment for the vehicle intended. Alliance Racing will not accept any returns for incorrect fitment after product is opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
